E J Malloy's cited by city

ABC Restrictions are included in license and....
E J Malloy's Los Altos failed to pull permits

Owners of the new E J Malloy's Los Altos failed to pull permits for the work being done to convert the old Fish Tale space into a new restaurant and were cited by the City of Long Beach on Monday August 4, 2014.  City inspectors also found plumbing code violations.

On August 5, the plans submitted by the owners to the city were rejected for not being professional drawn up plans.

In addition, a computer mistake at the California Alcohol Beverage Control Bureau caused the  Operating Restrictions of the Fish Tale and now EJ Malloy's not to show up on internet inquires of the license.  However, operating restrictions do exist and on June 3, 2014 as part of the license transfer from the Fish Tale,  E.J. Malloy's signed and agreed to the seven restrictions on the alcohol license.
