LACAN files ABC Protest Withdrawals
The 47 residents that signed the original ABC Liquor License protest filed their Withdrawals of Protest today over the Los Altos Taco Beach 2099 Bellflower Blvd.
The withdrawal of the protest was based on the restrictions imposed on the property’s alcohol license by the California ABC that are almost identical to the one year CUP imposed by the Long Beach Planning Commission.
The Lakewood ABC office has undercover agents available if LACAN neighbors witness any after-hour’s alcohol consumption during any hours that food only is being served.
Alcohol ordering, serving and consumption are as follows:
PATIO – 8 am- 8 pm – Every night
Inside Restaurant- 8 am - 9 pm Sunday – Thursday
8 am –10 pm Friday and Saturday
In addition- no smoking is allowed outside on Bellflower
No special advertising signs are allowed in the windows or on the building.
