The
meeting really had the trappings of a community meeting between a Councilman
and the community as the residents peppered the well-versed Supernaw on topics
ranging from coyotes to street repairs.
Michele
"K" isn't the only realtor behind Supernaw. Supernaw's wide-ranging endorsements include
the California Association of Realtors and numerous business associations that
are drawn to his stance on the proposed regressive utility taxes or local sales
tax to balance the city budget.
The
local Fourth District neighborhood groups the Los Altos Center Adjacent
Neighborhoods (LACAN) and the East Artcraft Manor Communiy (EAMC) both have also endorsed Supernaw ( Click on LACAN/EAMC)

Long Beach Water Department
The LB Post is reporting that
the Los Altos Center McDonalds at 2290
N. Bellflower Blvd. was cited and fined this week
for violating the Long Beach Water Department water usage polices. The report states that the Los Altos Center
business is the first business cited in Long
Beach under the water restrictions.
The citation and $800 fine
was a result of the Long Beach Water Department's smart meter technology.
